Our teachers go through a rigorous 4-step selection process: 1. **Document Review**: Education, experience, and certification verification 2. **Video Interview**: Assessment of pronunciation, expressiveness, and teaching skills 3. **Demo Lesson**: Test lesson conducted with an actual child 4. **Training**: Completion of XD English teaching methodology training The acceptance rate is approximately **15%**.
